Quilters!
Here’s sending happy holiday wishes to all of you and your
families during this holiday season. It doesn’t seem possible
that another year has passed and we have now been in business for
four years already!
It’s been a fun time and we have truly enjoyed getting to
know all of you during your retreats with
us.
As many of you know, we will be making changes in 2010 with
our retreats due to the need for me to continue working full time
and keep our business open.
We will no longer be providing meals to the groups starting
in January however we will continue to have all of the other
amenities we have been providing to the groups, including water,
soda, snacks, coffee, etc.
We are hoping that each group will be able to work out
arrangements for meals and still keep the weekends relaxing and
enjoyable for everyone.
It may be possible also to make arrangements with a local
restaurant to provide meals or dine out according to each group’s
preference.
We have tentatively reserved for each group that joined us in
2009 the same weekend in 2010 with a few exceptions based on
weekends available for us to host groups. We anticipate collecting
deposits for each group by February 1, 2010 to confirm with everyone
that they will be able to return on the same weekend. If additional weekends
become available for booking, we will update our website after
February 1st to show what is
available.
To
confirm the weekend that your group is booked, a deposit of $450 is
due by February 1, 2010. This will hold nine spots for your
group as scheduled. Final payment of $900 for up to nine
people will be due two weeks prior to your group's arrival. If
your group should have more than nine people who plan to attend, an
additional $150 will be due with your final payment.
